Please make sure to proofread all text, name spellings, number, and colors at the time of placing your order. If after you have placed your order you discover an issue, please contact us before your Homecoming date.
Refund Policy
We try to be flexible with minor changes to your order such as name changes but all of our homecoming orders are custom made for you and we start creating them as soon as your order is placed. There will be a 50% cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to original pickup date. After that date no cancellation is allowed.
Homecoming order payment options
1) Pay in full at time of purchase via website, Cashapp, Paypal, or cash no matter when purchased.
2) Monthly installments - All orders need to be PAID IN FULL BY JULY 31ST. If you order between Feb and June you can make equal monthly payments.
3) Allorders after July 30th of each year require full payment at time of purchase.
You will receive instructions for payment at time of order.
Order Pick-Up
Typically pickup is Monday of your homecoming week. If you need to pickup earlier please message us at least 14 days before.
